The explanation that suppo rt ition is as follows: <br />• The Gel Packs and White Goods are egulated waste in California and <br />it is acceptable to ship them usir a l f Lading <br />• They are not a non -RC d s waste and they don't require a <br />California hazardous ste c de <br />• Amazon has proviORILanalytical testing data to support the Gel Pack waste <br />characterizati o -hazardous <br />• The prof' e ped for these waste stream shows that the waste is not a <br />hazarjft to in California and have no RCRA and/or California <br />hazaaste codes <br />• heprofile for Gel Packs did include the incorrect shipping description of <br />" on-RCRA hazardous waste, liquids" and the profile for White Goods Did <br />include the incorrect shipping description of "non-RCRA hazardous waste, <br />solids" <br />• Stericycle's shipping document printing program pulls information directly <br />from the profile when printing the shipping description of the waste, which <br />led to the improper shipping description of "non-RCRA hazardous waste, <br />2850 100th Court NE <br />Blaine, MN 55449 <br />www.stericycleenvironmental.com <br />
