We have postponed this idea for now. IF we are <br /> to need a well east of your Connie St. lot we will likely <br /> locate it in the street. <br /> San Joaquin requires that we now obtain written permission <br /> from private property owners at locations where we wish to <br /> install monitoring wells of this typ*s. I have enclosed an <br /> access form which is somewhat basic but I believe it protects <br /> Moth of our interests.
