Conse- <br /> quently, let me enlighten you as to the situation. To the <br /> northwest of the subject project @ 9110 'Thornton Roan in <br /> Stockton, the adjacent property is owned by the Rochas. To <br /> the northeast , again adjacent , the property is awned by the <br /> Rochas. And finally, adjacent on the eastern property bound- <br /> ary is yet another parcel owrked by the Rochas. this should <br /> suggest to you that a?1 property, with the exception of the <br /> street frontages, adjacent to the subject property, is owned <br /> by the Rochas. Seemingly the only alternative for offsite <br /> drilling to the northeast is Connie Avenue which would be <br /> somewhat non-productive. <br /> As requested , included herewith are copies of written re- <br /> quests made to the Rochas.
