We are cuzrently waiting on <br />` the San Joaquin County Air 'Pollution Control''-District to <br /> grant a variance to our- current ' permit to construct. <br /> k Additionally, we cannot...stait modifications to the system <br /> until the property owner has renewed our access agreement <br /> which we continue to vigorously pursue. <br /> The Southland Corporation as you know has been sampling <br /> domestic wells since June of 1986.
