However, they have been unwilling to date to <br /> provide written confirmation allowing. access, . <br /> In ..the latter case of Mr: Chu granting access to his <br /> property, his lawyer has conditioned his permission with. some <br /> rather onerous financial burdens. .This office is not <br /> authorized to accept or reject such. requests until our legal <br /> department has reviewed the demands. It has been forwarded <br /> to them for disposition.
