(GTI) on behalf of Southland Corporation <br /> (Southland) ' for the purpose of obtaining the required permits for <br /> the installation of ,two monitoring wells, two monitoring well <br /> nests and the replacement of a monitoring well (MW-12) . In <br /> accordance with the requirements for permitting monitoring well <br /> installations and replacements, a work plan has been developed <br /> and submitted to Southland. Upon their approval, the work plan <br /> will be forwarded to the San Joaquin Local Health District <br /> (SJLHD) and to the California Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board (CRWQCB) . <br /> The SJLHD has indicated a 60-day backlog on all permit <br /> applications unless specifically requested otherwise.
