Additionally, some of '• <br /> these locations have gone on bottled water. The provision of <br /> bottled water by Southland Corporation is only a <br /> precautionary move and does not constitute an admission by <br /> Southland that it is responsible for any existing <br /> contamination. ,tE <br /> The regular weekly samples have been producing good results, <br /> as evidenced by the reports we have been sending to you and <br /> the county. <br /> Southland Corporation believes that the property owners <br /> should be advised of their private well test results. The <br /> source of influence on their wells has yet to be established. <br /> The true source may never be determined, but most people in <br /> the area only know that 7-Eleven had a leak and assume it is <br /> the cause of the problem. This puts the issue in a constant <br /> state of flux. The retained company we use for cleanup and : - <br /> sampling is constantly asked for information, along with us. <br /> We, therefore, ask that you, as the responsible public agency <br /> advise the owners of the current results.
