The conditions itemized in <br /> -` the Permits to Operate are addressed below. <br /> As per condition ? in Permits 86-82a and 86-83, the total <br /> i nonmethane on-site hydrocarhon emissions (total air stripping <br /> plus soil-vapor extraction system) was less than 0.0000029 <br /> lbs da which is below the <br /> / y� permit maximum of 4.7 lbs/day (See <br /> Table 1) . <br /> A written log of the hydrocarbon emissions at each pumping well <br /> and the daily pumping rate for each well as per conditions 3 and <br /> 4 of Permit 86-82a, are summarized in Table 1. <br /> Tables 2, 3, and 4, present a summary of data collected on the <br /> soil-vapor extraction system for the month of July 1989, as <br /> itemized in condition 5 of Permit 86-83. weekly monitoring of <br /> the system allowed for replacement of saturated carbon canisters <br /> (See Table 3) . <br /> Offices Mrrwohtw the U.S.,Canada and Overseas <br />
