Box 2009 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> Re: 7-11 Store No. 20680, 9110 Thornton Road, <br /> Stockton, California <br /> i <br /> Dear Ms. Hinson: <br /> Enclosed with this letter is the information requested by the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, in their letter <br /> dated July 3, 1989, to Southland Corporation (Southland) . <br /> Copies of all prior monthly/annual reports on the existing soil- <br /> venting system, and a proposal to expand the soil-venting system <br /> are enclosed in Attachments A through D of this letter. As per <br /> the conditions itemized in Air Permit 86-83 for the Soil Vapor k <br /> Extraction System, the total on-site non-methane hydrocarbon <br /> emissions have been less than the permit maximum of 4.7 pounds <br /> per day (lbs/day) during the entire period of system operation. <br /> A written log of the vapor-monitoring data and carbon--canister <br /> changeout for each month of operation, as per conditions of the <br /> Air Permit 86-83, were also included in each monthly air permit <br /> update report (see Attachment A) . <br /> J. <br /> Offices 1hroeghaut the U.S.,Canada and Oserscas <br />
