The conditions itemized in <br /> the Permits to Operate are addressed below. <br /> As per condition 1 in Permits 86-82a and 86-83, the total <br /> nonmethane on-site hydrocarbon emissions (total air stripping <br /> plus soil--vapor extraction system) was less than 0.0000011 <br /> lbs/day, which is below the permit maximum of 4.7 lbs/day (See <br /> Table 1) . <br /> A written log of the hydrocarbon emissions at each pumping well <br /> and the daily pumping rate for each well as per conditions 3 and <br /> 4 of Permit 86-62a, are summarized in Table 1. <br /> r <br /> ) <br /> Tables 2, 3, and 4, present a summary of data collected. on the <br /> soil-vapor extraction system for the month of July 1989, as <br /> itemized in condition 5 of Permit 86-83.
