7-Eleven/Stockton 7 <br /> August 1989 <br /> o Submitted a proposal to reduce groundwater <br /> sampling frequency to the San Joaquin County <br /> Local Health District (SJLHD) . <br /> o Received well permits for the installation of two <br /> additional monitoring wells and two monitoring well <br /> clusters from the SJLHD in accordance with the revised <br /> woi•k plan approved by Southland Corporation. <br /> o Conducted soil-vent test utilizing on-site <br /> monitoring wells as vapor points in order to <br /> evaluate the feasibility of their integration <br /> into an expanded soil-vent system. <br /> Mme- GROUNDWATER MONITORING <br /> Monitoring of the groundwater--elevation level in the <br /> monitoring wells was conducted on a twice-a^-month schedule. <br /> These monitoring data are presented in Table 1 (Appendix A) . <br /> Groundwater monitoring was performed in accordance with GTI's <br /> Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) 8 (Appendix B) . <br /> Analyses of the groundwater monitoring data indicate that <br /> groundwater levels declined an average of 2.33 feet during this <br /> three-month reporting period in response to normal seasonal <br /> variation. <br />
