PHONE 462.85213 <br /> THIS PERMIT MAY SE SUSPENDED OR REVOKED FOR CAUSE P.O.BOX 2009 4-.STOCKT00,CA 95201 <br /> CONDITIONS FOR 90-11 VAPOR EXTRACTION TECHNOLOGY <br /> 1-No air contaminant shall be released into the atmosphere which causes a <br /> public nuisance. <br /> 2-The permitee st2a11 obtain all permits and/or authorizations required by <br /> the Planning and Building Departments. <br /> 3-Total onsite nonmethane hydrocarbon emissions (total air stripping and <br /> y soil vapor extraction systems) shall not exceed 4.7 pound per day. <br /> 4-The first activated carbon adsorption reactor receiving the vapors <br /> directly from the wells shall be replaced with a new unit once the effluent <br /> hydrocarbon concentration is greater than one (1) ppm by volume measured as <br /> methane. <br /> 5-The hyrdrocarbon concentration downstream of the reactors shall be <br /> measured at least once a day during the first 15 days and on a weekly <br /> basis, thereafter. <br /> 6-A monthly written report indicating flow rate, hydrocarbon emission <br /> concentrations and daily emission rates shall be submitted to the District. <br /> 7-The hydrocarbon emissions from the vapor extraction system shall be <br /> ducted directly to the three activated carbon adsortion reactors in series. <br />
