Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Went by the facility. Informed Manager of the complaint. <br /> Three employees were on site at the time of the inspection. One employee was wearing a mask and gloves. One employee <br /> was wearing gloves.The third employees was not wearing a mask or gloves. Per manager,the glove size needed for this <br /> employee are being delivered tomorrow. <br /> I informed the Manager that while face coverings(that cover both eh nose and the mouth)and glove use are not currently <br /> mandated,they are highly recommended. She understood. <br /> At the time of the inspection,there was only one customer inside waiting on an order(she was positioned more than 6 feet <br /> away from the front counter). Per Manager, customers are pretty good about self-regulating social distancing requirements, <br /> but states that there may have been a few times on 5-5-20 or on 5-10-20 when the dining room had numerous people inside <br /> and there was not enough room in between parties. <br /> Facility does have signs posted directing customers to social distance.
