A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading <br /> permit issued by the Building Inspection- Division prior to <br /> performing any excavation or filling of earth material : <br /> a. A grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006(1) . <br /> b. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels . Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable . <br /> C. Subdivision grading in excess of 5, 000 cubic yards shall <br /> comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements. " <br /> d . All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans . <br /> e. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to <br /> issuance of a building permit. <br /> JH/ls <br />
