' PROJECT QUARTERLY UPDATE AND <br /> MONITORING WELL INSTALLATION REPORT <br /> 7-ELEVEN STORE NO 20680 <br /> 9110 THORNTON ROAD <br /> STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA <br /> FEBRUARY 21, 1992 <br />' 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br />' This report presents a quarterly update of routine monitoring and sampling activities conducted by <br /> Groundwater Technology, Inc, on behalf of The Southland Corporation (Southland), at 7-Eleven <br /> Store No 20680 between October 1, 1991, and December 31, 1991 This report also presents a <br /> description of the work scope and results associated with the installation of three new groundwater <br /> monitoring wells The site is located at 9110 Thornton Road In Stockton, California (Figure 1) As <br />' shown on the site plan (Figure 2), the store is situated on the northern corner of Thornton Road and <br /> Waudman Avenue in a mixed commercial and residential area <br /> 1 The routine activities conducted during this quarter included the monitoring and sampling of the <br />' groundwater monitoring wells and domestic water supply wells New work included installing three <br /> additional monitoring wells to provide additional data on (1) residual hydrocarbon concentrations in <br /> the on-site soils, and (2) the quality of the water on-site and hydraulically downgradient of the site <br />' These wells were installed as proposed in the March 1991 report, Site Clo$ure Work Plan, Southland <br /> Corporation, 7-Eleven Property #20680. 9110 Thornton Road.
