See exhibit `B". <br /> Nitrates: Test results= 8.5. Max. allowable contaminate level =45. <br /> DBCP: Test results=Nondetect. Max. allowable contaminate level = 0.2. <br /> EDB: Test results=Nondetect.Max allowable contaminate level = 0.05. <br /> 3. Liquid Waste Permit dated 6-04-01. See exhibit"C". <br /> 4. Shallow Percolation tests performed on 6-13-01 by Ronald Weldum. See exhibit "D" <br /> Tests were stopped after 3.5 hours because the percolation rate was greater than 60 <br /> min/inch. <br /> 5. Letter dated 9-25-01 from J. H. Kleinfelder reporting the test results on the Deep <br /> Percolation Tests performed on 9-21-01. All tests passed. See exhibit `B". <br /> 6.
