The contents of said letter are contained in the attached <br /> letter of Mr. Russell W. Juncal, CA Registered Geologist, addressed <br /> to the undersigned. Said letter is incorporated herein by <br /> reference. Relying on the written assessment made by your <br /> department, my client purchased the subject property. <br /> Pursuant to Mr. Juncal's suggestions, and for all the reasons <br /> contained therein, my client is requesting that this site be <br /> removed from the contaminated site list. <br /> There are no underground tanks at the site and it appears that <br /> there is no apparent health hazard caused by these former tanks, <br /> which I believe were two small gasoline tanks. <br /> If your office had not issued its letter of November 5, 1987, <br /> on which Mr. Northcutt relied, my client would not have purchased <br /> the subject property. <br />
