All groundwater results for lead were below this MCL.
I :
Petroleum hydrocarbon compounds were detected in soil samples from all three
+ borings. The low concentrations found do not warrant any remedial action.
i ;
TP11D was detected in the groundwater sample from well MW-3 (on the apparent
upgradient side of the tank complex) at a concentration of 120 pg/l. Consequently, we
recommend that a quarterly groundwater monitoring program be implemented at the
site for a period of one year.
REPOR'T'ING REQUIREMENTS
A copy of this report should be forwarded by the property owner in a timely manner to
_ the following,agencies:
San Joaquin County Public Health Services California Regional Water Quality
Environmental Health Division Control Board
"Pilot Program, Unit 4 Cenual Valley Region (5)
445 North San Joaquin 3443 Routier Road
- ` Stockton,CA 95202 Sacramento, CA 95827-3098
Attention: Ms. Eleanor Ratliff, Attention: Corey Condon
Environmental Health Specialist
- Stockton Fire Department
Hazardous Materials Division
G East Lindsey Street
Stockton,CA 95202
Attention: Captain White
REFERENCES
California Department of Health Services, California Administrative Code, Title 22,
Division 4, Chapter 30, "Criteria for Identification of Hazardous and Extremely
- Hazardous Waste."
California Department of Health Services, California Administrative Code, Title 22,
Division 4, Chapter 15, "Domestic Water Quality and Monitoring."
