The site is a former fueling facility located across West <br /> Walnut Road from the BP Service Station/Sunnyside Store, and is under mandate from the <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (EHD} for remediation of <br /> petroleum hydrocarbon-impacted soil and groundwater. <br /> In an effort to delineate the extent of hydrocarbon-impacted groundwater off site, Groundwater <br /> Technology has proposed installation-of a groundwater monitoring well(MW-4)-appro)drnate1y 15-feet ---� <br /> south of West Walnut Road and 52 feet west of North Thornton Road (refer to Figure 2-Site Plan in <br /> Attachment 1). The proposed installation of MW-4 has been approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> EHD (Attachment 2).
