Additionally you can contact the hazardous waste transport company and <br /> request all available disposal receipts for the shop. <br /> -Violation 301: Will remain open until a statement or documentation on how the used oil, used oil filters, shop towels <br /> and used absorbent were cleaned/managed from the shop. Note: all items that are listed in violation 301 must be <br /> accounted for.The response stated that the previous owner will have the hazardous waste transporter remove all the <br /> hazardous waste mentioned in the violation.
