Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. The engineer must determine which lot has not had a perc test and submit <br /> addendum to soil suitability study (SU-86-8) to have this lot perc tested. The <br /> permit must obtained from this department. <br /> 2. This project shall be provided with public water service at the time of (state <br /> specific) Improvement Plan approval/Final Map recordation. A letter shall be <br /> submitted from the purveyor stating that these services are either bonded for or <br /> are in place, prior to final approval. (San Joaquin County Development Title 9- <br /> 1120.2) <br /> 3.
