Bo:c 388 5P ,r- 9� <br /> Stoalcton, CA 95201-0308 <br /> U <br /> Re: MS-96-13 <br /> Dear Mr. Huggins : <br /> Per our conversation this report and a $156. 00 fee are submitted <br /> to satisfy the conditions of I-IS-96-13 and should be used as an <br /> addendum to the geotechnical report for the Willows Subdivision <br /> in Morada. <br /> Minor subdivision MS-96-13 is a resubdivision of Lots 21 , 22 and <br /> 23 of the Willows Subdivision into four parcels . <br /> Per the geotechnicial report for the "Willows" by J. 11. <br /> Kleinfelder (File No. 20-2314-02) vie find that the percolation <br /> rates for those three lots were: <br /> LOT DEPTH (FT) PERCOLATION RATE (MIN/INCH) <br /> 21 10 3 <br /> 22 10 135 <br /> 23 11 14 <br /> We also find that a boring (B-4) was made on Lot 24, and in the <br /> 10 to 11 feet depth range the sand became "less fine" , hence, <br /> better percolation rates should result. <br /> In the minor subdivision, Lot 21 , w1th the slowest percolation <br /> rate, will undergo the least change. <br /> Due to the consistency of the percolation tests on Lots 22 and <br /> 23 , it is felt that additional percolation tests would be <br /> redundant. <br /> From data per the above mentioned geotechnical report, it is my <br /> professional belief that the proposed minor subdivision will <br /> have adequate percolation and will have no measurable additional <br /> effect on the ground water. <br /> Sinaerely, <br /> TERRY PIAZZA <br /> Secretary Treasurer L <br /> TP: 7 a rev <br /> Ov eA.,W <br />
