Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> T'1C) A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin <br /> fr County Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank <br /> system must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of <br /> $156.00 is required at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of <br /> San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption <br /> rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite <br /> wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit <br /> fee of $78.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> ( i qe existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> ibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. <br /> Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory.
