If the property were annexed to the <br /> City of Tracy, agricultural structures and offices would be <br /> allowable land uses within this general plan designation. <br /> The City of Tracy is currently processing an annexation for <br /> industrial property south and west of this site. The <br /> traffic study for this project's EIR is not yet complete. <br /> However, preliminary indications are that Paradise Road <br /> north of I-205 to Arbor Avenue may eventually be designated <br /> as an arterial street with a right-of-way of up to 100 feet <br /> or more. This information may be beneficial to those who <br /> are designing on-site improvements and their proximity to <br /> Paradise Road. <br /> The traffic study and EIR are scheduled to be completed <br /> within the next several months.
