We also have the rights <br /> to this lane. We need full access to the above mentioned lane to enable <br /> hay & grain deliveries to be made without causing andy inconvenience on <br /> the drivers. <br /> We also will need access to the concrete ditch that runs along side <br /> of the gravel lane for irrigation purposes. <br /> We would like to receive a copy of the Development Services Division <br /> action when they are made available. <br /> Thank you for your concern regarding this matter. <br /> Jos4 da Silva <br /> Evely Silva <br /> Another concern I would like to bring to your attention is that they <br /> lane must remain open at all times, I have to be at work at 6:AM every <br /> morning, so there can not be andy trucks blocking the lane, also with my <br /> husband being ill, I never know when I have to unexpectedly leave or when <br /> a emergency vehicle might have to get through. <br /> AGAIN, <br /> THANK YOU <br />
