(Development Title Section 9-1015.3) <br /> f. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall <br /> be installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover <br /> beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, <br /> provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> g. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) Minimum 10-foot-wide landscaped strips, respecting the ultimate right-of-way <br /> widths of Paradise Avenue and State Route 205, shall be installed across the <br /> frontages of the project site. No landscaping is required along Paradise Avenue <br /> south of the existing entrance road due to the change in road elevation. <br /> (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways,walkways, approved outdoor <br /> storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. <br /> (3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from <br /> traffic and kept mowed and dust free. (Development Title Section 9-1020.8) <br /> h. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall <br /> be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of- <br /> way. Screening shall be six to seven feet in height. Outside storage is not <br /> permitted in front yards, street side yards, or in front of main buildings. This <br /> requirement does not apply to equipment for sale but does apply to any <br /> inoperable equipment. (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][2]) <br /> i. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on <br /> the Site Plan: <br /> (1) The driveway width at the ultimate right-of-way shall be 40 feet maximum. The <br /> design of the driveway shall allow trucks to enter and exit the property without <br /> entering into the opposing lane of traffic. (Development Title Section 9-505.7) <br /> (2) Access gates shall be recessed from the property line a minimum of 65 feet. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-505.7) <br /> j. SIGNS: A maximum of two advertising signs, only one of which may be a free-standing <br /> sign, shall be permitted for the approved use (Development Title Section 9-1710.5).
