The proposed project includes four phases. Phase 1 is for farm equipment sales and hay sales, <br /> with a 660-square-foot mobile office. Phase 2 is for hay storage and the construction of a 576-square-foot <br /> two-space carport to be used for hay storage. Phase 3 is for the construction of a 2400-square-foot barn <br /> for hay and feed storage.
