VR-96-1 OF DOUGLAS AND BRENDA HOWARD (C/O <br /> DELTA TRUCK CENTER) to vary the maximum height and maximum area for a <br /> freestanding sign from 32 feet to 38 feet and from 80 square feet to 160 square feet, <br /> respectively. MS-96-4 OF CINDY SCOFIELD (C/O SHIRLEY <br /> LUCCHESSI) to subdivide a 42.8-acre parcel to create a 2.5-acre homesite parcel and a second <br /> parcel of 40.3 acres.
