VR-96-1 OF DOUGLAS AND BRENDA HOWARD (C/O <br /> DELTA TRUCK CENTER) to vary the maximum height and maximum area for a <br /> freestanding sign from 32 feet to 38 feet and from 80 square feet to 160 square feet, <br /> respectively. The project site is located on the east side of Harlan Road, 2700 feet north <br /> of Roth Road, south of Stockton (Supervisorial District 1). <br /> 2. SITE APPROVAL APPLICATION NO. SA-95-47 OF TERRY REMITZ: An appeal by Terry Remitz <br /> of staff's denial of a Site Approval application for a farm equipment and hay sales operation to <br /> be constructed in four phases. The project site is located on the east side of Paradise Avenue, <br /> 4,000 feet north of Grant Line Road, east of Tracy (Supervisorial District 5). <br /> 3. MINOR SUBDIVISION APPLICATION NO. MS-96-4 OF CINDY SCOFIELD (C/O SHIRLEY <br /> LUCCHESSI) to subdivide a 42.8-acre parcel to create a 2.5-acre homesite parcel and a second <br /> parcel of 40.3 acres. The project site is located on the west side of Bender Road, 2300 feet south <br /> of Jahant Road, north of Lodi (Supervisorial District 4). <br /> • The Public is Welcome to Address the Planning Commission on Items of Interest to the Public That Are <br /> Not Listed on the Agenda.
