In addition, the existing San Joaquin <br /> County and City of Stockton Flood <br /> Correia Road, north of the ferry site, has an existing right-of-way <br /> width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet . <br /> Correia Road, south of the ferry site, has an existing right-of-way <br /> width of 60 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 60 feet . <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are <br /> developed.
