They wish to subdivide the ranch <br /> into a 60 acre parcel, a 40 acre parcel and a 180 acre parcel and a 263 acre parcel. The <br /> purpose of the subdivision is to create various wildlife habitat mitigation parcels for the <br /> Harbor Cove Residential Project in the City of Stockton. The Harbor Cove Project is <br /> approved subject to creating various wildlife habitat mitigation easements. I have reviewed <br /> the wildlife habitat conservation easements and they prevent structures of any type from <br /> being constructed.
