Appeals must be filed with <br /> this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of <br /> $275. 00. The 10-day appeal period ends at 4 : 30 p.m. on April 6, <br /> 1996. It <br /> is recommended that you contact the responsible agencies for <br /> assistance in fulfilling the Conditions of Approval.
