MS-96-6 <br /> EAST SIDE OF ANTEROS AVENUE, 105 FEET SOUTH OF WASHINGTON STREET <br /> (230 SOUTH ANTEROS AVENUE) <br /> The City of Stockton has reviewed the subject application and <br /> offers the following comments : <br /> 1 . Dedicate adequate right-of-way along the east side of <br /> Anteros Avenue and the west side of Hinkley Avenue to <br /> insure a 30 ' half-section on each street . <br /> 2 . Frontage improvements including, but not limited to, <br /> curb, gutter, sidewalk, roadway widening, and street <br /> lighting should be installed.
