The materials from an excavation shall not be deposited into <br /> any water course nor in any way contribute to the pollution <br /> thereof. <br /> C. Provide approved sanitary facilities for all employees . <br /> d. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division as follows: Replace missing cap <br /> on the irrigation well sounding tube (well west of Haul Road) . <br /> 4 . BUILDING DIVISION <br /> a. A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading <br /> permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to <br /> performing any excavation or filling of earth material : <br /> 1) A grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U.B.C. ,Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006 (1) . <br /> 2) The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> 3) Grading in excess of 5 , 000 cubic yards shall comply with <br /> Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading Requirements" . <br /> 4) All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans. <br /> 5) All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection. <br /> 6) All grading permits are subject to approval by the other <br /> departments. <br /> 7) All grading authorized by the permit shall be approved <br /> prior to issuance of any building permits, or beginning <br /> of any construction. <br /> 8) This application requires a discretionary approval, (i. e. <br /> Tentative Map, Site Approval, Use Permit) . Therefore, a <br /> grading permit will not be issued until this approval is <br /> obtained. <br /> 5 . AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT <br /> NOTE: A.P.C.D. letter attached. <br />
