STANDARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> SD-93-100 <br /> PAGE THREE <br /> PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> 1. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003) . <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the building <br /> permit application for mobilehome on permanent foundation or 15% at <br /> the time of renewal for a mobilehome on a temporary foundation. <br /> (The fee currently is $2, 369 . 00 per multi family dwelling unit in <br /> the Manteca area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of <br /> each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by <br /> the Engineering News Record) (Resolution R-90-304 , R-92-1025) . <br /> 2 . Improvements, restrictions, and permits shall be as required by <br /> Caltrans for access to State Highway Route 120. <br /> NOTE: The permit will expire on OCTOBER 25 , 1996. Renewal will <br /> require a new application with a new fee. The new address for <br /> the second unit dwelling is 13050 EAST STATE ROUTE 120, <br /> MANTECA, CA 95336._ <br />
