r w <br /> t _ <br /> ❑ SITE PLAN CHECK LIST•- DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> The site plan should be drawn on an 18" x 24 " or 18" x 26" <br /> sized reproducible material . <br /> 1, ❑ Names , addresses and telephone numbers of owner, applicant and <br /> person preparing the site plan. <br /> 2 . ❑ Names , addresses and telephone numbers of utility companies that <br /> would serve the site including water supply and method of <br /> sewage disposal. <br /> 3 . ❑ North point, date of drawing and scale . use an engineer ' s <br /> scale (i .e . , 1" to 101 , 1" to 30 ' , etc ) . The site plan should <br /> be oriented so that the direction of north is to the top of the <br /> plan. <br /> 4 . ❑ Location, names and widths of all streets and recorded ease- <br /> ments bordering on the property with access details . If adja- <br /> cent to a specific plan street, future widths must be shown. <br /> 5 . ❑ All property lines or boundary lines of the parcel with dimen- <br /> sions . <br /> 6. ❑ The type of development (e.g. , vacant, residential, etc. ) <br /> should be identified for all adjacent properties . Show <br /> distance of nearest structures on adjacent properties from pro- <br /> ject property line. <br /> 7. ❑ A vicinity map showing the location of the property in rela- <br /> tion to . surrounding streets . <br /> 8 . ❑ All existing structures located on the property and the loca- <br /> tion of any proposed structures with dimensions, square <br /> footage and distances from other structures and property <br /> lines . Any existing structures planned for removal should be <br /> shown with dashed lines . The use and number of floors should <br /> be labeled on each structure. <br /> 9 . ❑ The location, dimensions and number of all off-street parking <br /> and interior drives with type of surfacing . Handicapped <br /> parking should be shown. Calculations indicating the number of <br /> required spaces must be shown. <br /> 10 .❑ The location of the water well and septic system with adequate <br /> expansion area shown, if applicable. If public water and/or <br /> sewer will be utilized, a "will-serve" letter from the serving <br /> entity. <br /> 11.❑ Landscaping, existing and proposed and trees 6" or greater in <br /> diameter . Trees to be removed shown with dashed lines . <br /> Development Plan - 8 - ( 6/86 ) <br />
