State Route 99 Frontage ) <br /> This project alone will have only minimal impact on current law enforcement procedures, <br /> continues growth of this nature will necessitate the establishment of a funding mechan <br /> -ism to maintain the current level of police service. <br /> It is recommended that the following Crime Prevention Measures be incorporated in the <br /> project design: <br /> (1) The parking lots designated for all commercial areas should have <br /> an engineered lighting system which provides a minimum level or <br /> if maintained illumination " of one foot candle per square foot <br /> of parking space; <br /> (2) Construction to meet the California Model Building Security <br /> ordinance; <br /> (3) Construction to apply Defensible Space Concepts. <br />
