Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division prior to occupancy. <br /> 2 . If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed <br /> through a sand/oil separator and discharged to an above <br /> ground system approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. This system must be designed by a registered <br /> engineer. Applicant must file an application for <br /> facility permit waste discharge with the California <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board - Central Valley <br /> Region. The application forms can be obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Division . <br /> 3 . Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored, removed and transported to an approved landfill <br /> in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance #877 <br /> and #1481 and Title 2 . 3 and 7 . 8 , California Government <br /> Code, and Title 14, CCR. <br /> 4. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> NOTE: The existing well should be tested for total <br /> hydrocarbons and BTX. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
