For the other <br /> two open violations this is what I still need: <br /> -Return to Compliance certification (I've attached a copy) <br /> -#106-Only one person was retrained. The RCRA training slides that were provided only cover RCRA <br /> regulations. Page 15 does not tell how to completely label the containers per California hazardous <br /> waste regulations. Page 16 says that satellite containers don't need a date just write "Satellite" in <br /> that spot. (California requires a date). Page 29 suggests hand soap is non-hazardous. All these items <br /> are ok per RCRA but they are not ok for California. Do you do additional training for California <br /> regulations? Please provide proof that all staff that handle hazardous waste are trained on California <br />
