Per Alba Recinos(Safety Specialist)the drums of <br /> hazardous waste were mis-labeled as non-hazardous by a new employee who needed more training. There were <br /> also several hazardous waste containers open and incompletely labeled (see#403&#605) <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business owner must ensure that all employees are thoroughly familiar with proper <br /> waste handling and emergency procedures, relevant to their responsibilities during normal facility operations and <br /> emergencies. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately train the employees.
