(AGE)and has <br /> the following comments. <br /> On November 2, 2001, a meeting was held at the SJC/EHD office to discuss this site. <br /> Participating In the meeting were representatives from-SJC/EHD and AGE. Your <br /> consultant presented-a proposal at the meeting, stating that you were amenable to <br /> having a corrective action take place at this site during Octob42002, when the site <br /> would be between tenants. SJC/EHD verbally agreed to this schedule, A Corrective <br /> Action Plan was received by this department in July 2002, and approved on August 16, <br /> 2002.
