The Site is bounded by Toste Road to the north and <br /> businesses to the east, west and south. The surrounding land use is commercial. <br /> Site History/Assessments <br /> The Site has been an auto sales lot and is currently a spa sales business. In August 1991, soil <br /> and groundwater contamination was identified during the removal of USTs. To date, ten <br /> monitoring wells have been installed and monitored regularly.
