Curtiss Pontiac-'Cadillac -4- February 24, 2011 <br /> Claim No. 12228 <br /> Sensitive Receptor Survey <br /> Was conducted in:September 2000, identified four wells within 2000 feet of the site. An on-site <br /> well is screened from 195 to 220 feet bgs, no fuel hydrocarbons have been detected. One well <br /> is located approximaitely'300 feet southwest of the site, located at 2480 Toste Road, total depth <br /> is 200 feet. Two other wells are,located at 2040 and 2120 Grant tine Road; <br /> Risk Evaluation N. <br /> Asa.result of removal of approximately 1500 cubic yard of contaminated soil, there is-little <br /> residual petroleum hydrocarbon in soil at the Site that would pose a threat to groundwater <br /> resources, human~health, or the environment. Since residual concentrations are low, the Site <br /> and public areas are paved with thick concrete, and the Site is currently an auto sales lot,there <br /> is little potential for hydrocarbon vapors to migrate or pose a threat to human health or the <br /> environment.
