As SJCERD may be aware, the USTCF <br /> notified all claimants payment of reimbursement requests are delayed beyond "historical time <br /> periods". On 12 February 20097 an USTCF reimbursement was submitted for over$2`1,000, it is. <br /> unlikelyMr, Toste will receive any reimbursement monies for applroximately 18 months. <br /> Itis Mr.Taste's desire to remain incompliance with appropriate environmental directives.However, <br /> the.status ofUSTCF reimbursements and the current fiscal crisis are creating a severe hardship.On <br /> behalf of Mr, Taste,AGE is proposing the fallowing. <br /> Semiannual sampling of wells MW40 and MW-4(2°d and 4'quarters of a given year),and. <br /> annual sampling of well MSV`-2}3(rd quarter of a given year). Samples to be analysed for <br /> total petroleum hydrocarbons quantified as gasoline (TPH-g) in accordance with EPA <br /> method 8015M and the compounds benzene, toluene, ethyl-benzene, and total xylenes <br /> (BTEX)in accordance with EPA method 8260B.
