On October 30,
2019, PG&E reported a release of hazardous materials that impacted soil at one of our Gas Transmission project
sites. The release was verified to consist of three to five gallons of Bioclean GS-34 aqueous cleaning solution that
impacted soil only. The impacted soil was removed and placed into one 55-gallon drum staged at the project site
pending analytical results. Attached for your reference is the Safety Data Sheet for Bioclean GS-34
A representative sample was collected from the 55-gallon drum (sample ID: R-1036-SOIL-DISPOSAL-1230) included in the
attached analytical reports 720-96745-1 and 720-96745-2 as provided by TestAmerica Laboratories, Inc. Based on the
analytical results, PG&E determined the contaminated soil to be managed as a non-RCRA hazardous waste.
The 55-gallon drum containing contaminated soil (non-RCRA hazardous waste) was transported by PSC for disposal on
February 4, 2020.
1
