Since it sounds like your facility will continue to generate the hazardous waste metal fines, the <br /> following information is needed to close the remaining violations: <br /> 1. Violation 101: Go to https://dtsc.ca.gov/apply-for-hazardous-waste-epa-id-number/to obtain a permanent <br /> hazardous waste ID number, since the facility currently has only a temporary ID number. <br /> 2. Violation 102: <br /> a. Submit a statement documenting how the facility will manage the hazardous waste metal fines, <br /> including how the facility will store and label the metal fines. <br /> b. Submit a statement to confirm that the facility will ensure that the metal fines waste will be listed <br /> separately from any other hazardous wastes on the waste disposal records. <br /> c.
