(812) 629-5768 SC 907 <br /> States that approximately 4 gallons of diesel were released due to a truck having <br /> its diesel tank punctured from operator error. She states that a nearby drain was <br /> impacted and that the drain does not lead to sewer. States Ancon Environmental <br /> will be performing clean-up. <br /> Contacted Muniappa Naidu (Program Coordinator) discussed spill report. Based <br /> on discussion I will be going to site tomorrow(4/4/20) to verify clean-up. <br /> Contacted Nikki, let her know that I will be arriving at the site tomorrow morning. <br /> She states that security will be onsite to show me spill area. <br /> 04/04/2020 7am Contacted Nikki Martin, Manager Premium Environmental Services. (812) PE 2546 GAITAN <br /> 180 min 629-5768, left voicemail indicating that I was heading to site. Met with Drew, SC 974 <br /> Security for JLL. Showed me where released occurred. Clean-up was already <br /> finished by the time I arrived. Observed the following: <br /> Two 55-gallond drums with waste solids contaminated with diesel. <br /> One 55-gallond drum with water contaminated with diesel. <br /> Looked down drain and observed no sheen. <br /> Drew provided me contact information for Ancon Environmental and Property <br /> owner. <br /> Contacted Justin Duke, foreman for Ancon Environmental-(916) 955-4592. He <br /> states that dry sweep and absorbent pads were used to clean-up diesel released <br /> on asphalt. He states that upon observation it appeared the diesel did not impact <br /> drain. He states that they flushed the drain and vacuumed out the water as a <br /> precaution. He states all waste will be treated as hazardous waste and will stay on <br /> site until Monday (4/6/2020).Waste will be transported to 570 Business Park Dr. <br /> Lincoln, CA 95648. He sent photos from clean-up to ER phone, upon my request. <br /> Updated Muniappa Naidu (Program Coordinator). Based on discussion I contacted <br /> Richard Stiffler, Supervisor for City of Stockton (209) 993-3274 updating him on <br /> spill. <br /> Received call from Nikki. Contacted Cannon Gibbs, left voicemail. <br /> Received call from Richard Stiffler(209) 937-8740. States that he was notified by <br /> Ancon Environmental regarding spill. He states that Justin Duke, sent him over <br /> photos and will be providing manifest and record for drain flush/clean-up. He <br /> states that he will forward all information to me, once he receives it. <br /> Generated Notice to abate.
