One set of pipes had dirt <br /> encased around them. We were lucky to get all of the pipes out of the well. Then we excavated <br /> around well casing and noticed the casing was rotted out with large holes. <br /> Webelieve the well filled in from 53' original measurement to about 29'+/-due to holes below <br /> grade as well. There is really no way to prevent this from occurring in a well that's 50+1-years <br /> old. <br /> Peryour suggestion we submitted this letter to Bean Stoker the property owner.
