This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br /> waste was accepted by the initial transporter. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years Feb. 25, 2017- Feb. 25, 2020 <br /> for all hazardous waste including used acetone, used paint booth filters, and sanding waste. Provide these records <br /> and a corrective action statement to the EHD within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 3 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: The business operator could not provide hazardous waste disposal records for the past three <br /> years during the inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years Feb. 25, 2017- Feb. 25, 2020 <br /> for all hazardous waste including used acetone, used paint booth filters, and sanding waste. Provide these records <br /> and a corrective action statement to the EHD within 30 days. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 119 HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report program data in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br /> OBSERVATION: This business's hazardous waste activities have not been reported on the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS)website. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Each regulated business shall report program data electronically on the CERS <br /> website. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The violation was corrected during the inspection by Luz Gomez completing the business <br /> activities section.
