I30 October 2002 <br /> AGE-NC Protect No 96-0254 <br /> IPage 4 of 4 <br /> I California's maximum contaminant level (MCL) of 1 µg/1 in samples collected from wells <br /> MW-1B and MW-4 <br /> • MTBE was detected in the ground water samples collected from MW-1B, MW-2B and <br /> IMW-4, MTBE concentrations in samples MW-1B and MW-4 exceeded the State of <br /> California MCL of 13 µg/1 in drinking water <br /> • Concentrations of TPH-g, BTEX compounds and MTBE detected in wells MW-1B and <br /> MW-4 are the highest they have ever been since sampling began at the site in February 1998 <br /> I <br /> 5.0. RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> IBased on the results of this investigation, AGE recommends continued quarterly ground water <br /> monitoring at the site, the next monitoring event should be scheduled for October 2002 <br /> I Additionally,AGE recommends the preparation of a Remedial Action Plan(RAP)as directed by the <br /> EHD letter dated 16 August 2002 <br /> I6.0.
