All of the surveying will be <br /> performed by a registered professional surveyor. <br /> Site Safety and Health flan <br /> The guidelines established in the October 10, 1988 Site Safety and Health Plan prepared for <br /> the installation and sampling of groundwater monitoring wells at ARCO Station 2093 will be <br /> implerr.-�nted during this investigation. <br /> Quality Assurance Plan <br /> The procedures to be followed in sample collection, identification, <br /> atAhandltng at the <br /> ARCO site are described in the Quality Assurance Plan section of App <br /> endixLaboratory Quality Assurance Program <br /> In addition to routine calibration of the instruments with standards and blanks, the analyst <br /> is requLed to run duplicates and spikes on 20 percent of the analyses to ensure an added me.sure <br /> + of prccision and accuracy. Accuracy is also assured through the following: <br /> 1. Certification by California Department of Health Services. <br /> 2. "Blind' samples are submitted by the laboratory's duality assurance officer on a <br /> weekly basis.
